Step 1
Follow-along Your First Class
Participate in your very first class! This intro class is pre-recorded and takes under 10min! Be sure to do this along with your child and learn what your child will be working on to earn their first belt.
Step 2
Complete Your White Belt Sheet
This sheet will show you what your student needs to learn to earn their first belt. PLUS- Martial Arts is MORE than kicking and punching, so they’ll have their first at-home assignment on here!

Step One: Follow Along Your First Class
In this class, Master Samy will teach students basic positions such as Attention Stance & How to Bow. These are important concepts so your child learns the basics of FOCUS and RESPECT. They then work on basic White Belt Techniques and work through our White Belt Success Sheet. Make sure you find a safe place for you and your child to have enough room to participate in their first class!
Step Two: Complete Your White Belt Success Sheet

This sheet will show you what your student needs to learn to earn their first belt. PLUS- Martial Arts is MORE than kicking and punching, so they’ll have their first at-home assignment on here where they work on doing what they’re asked to do the FIRST TIME!
Instructions are on the sheet and they may be turned in as soon as the student completes it.
No rush! We want to make sure each student goes through the One Rule & Zero Rule and truly earns their belt to start developing good habits at home. Each task can be something as simple as brushing their teeth, making their bed, doing homework, or cleaning up toys!
How to Order a Uniform:
Once your student has completed the White Belt Sheet, they can now officially wear a WHITE BELT.
